Members should

  • Present accurate capabilities, turnaround guidance, and pricing practices
  • Respond to routed enquiries in good faith and with professional courtesy
  • Respect customer files, confidentiality, and intellectual property
  • Compete fairly without disparaging peers through the directory
  • Cooperate with verification and correction of directory information

Enforcement

Serious or repeated breaches may result in loss of verification, suspension of listing privileges, or membership termination following association review.
